As you enter the spacious bathroom, you will surely notice the extra long claw foot tub - it measures seven-feet and was custom built for Mr. Parke who was quite tall. This tub once resided on the second floor, but had to be moved downstairs due to its weight in order to meet current earthquake codes. You can lay in the tub and watch the waves.
